Washdown Station Hose

3/4" Heavy Duty Hose
Red HoseType S Hose: This high pressure 3/4" inside diameter hot water hose is appropriate for both our steam & water mixers as well as our hot & cold water mixers. It is suitable for a maximum temperature of 450°F and a maximum pressure of 250 psig. This hose is also suitable for steam service when fitted with the proper couplings. Steam service use must be specified at the time of ordering. The hose is constructed of a black EPDM tube with braided, high tensile steel wire reinforcement. Available with Red cover (SR), the standard lengths of this hose are 25 FEET, 50 FEET, 75 FEET and 100 FEET.
 
White HoseType CW Hose: This high pressure 3/4" inside diameter hot water hose is appropriate for our hot & cold water mixers. It is suitable for a maximum temperature of 212°F and a maximum pressure of 200 psig. This hose is NOT suitable for steam service. The hose is constructed of a black EPDM tube with braided, high tensile textile cord reinforcement. Available with White EPDM cover (CW), the standard lengths of this hose are 25 FEET, 50 FEET, 75 FEET and 100 FEET.
 
Yellow Washdown HoseType YH Hose: This high pressure 3/4" inside diameter (1.19" O.D.) high quality hot water hose is appropriate for our hot & cold water mixers. It is suitable for a maximum temperature of 200°F and a maximum pressure of 300 psig. This hose is NOT suitable for steam service. The hose is constructed of a black Nitrile rubber tube with a Yellow Cabryn™ synthetic rubber cover (CW) Class A (high oil resistance) featuring Microban® protection. The standard lengths of this hose are 25 FEET, 50 FEET, 75 FEET and 100 FEET. Weight: 0.36 lb/ft.

5/8" Premium Heavy Duty Hose
Premium White Washdown HoseType G Hose: This high pressure 5/8" inside diameter hot water hose is appropriate for our hot & cold water mixers. It is suitable for a maximum temperature of 200°F and a maximum pressure of 200 psig. This hose is NOT suitable for steam service. The hose is constructed of a black or white smooth cover, with braded yarn reinforcement and has an FDA Nitrile tube. Available with White EPDM cover (CW), the standard lengths of this hose are 25 FEET, 50 FEET, 75 FEET and 100 FEET.

Swivel AdaptorsOur swivel adaptors are economical and quality made. The hose barb length is sufficient for both clamp or band attachment or mechanical crimping.

The 360° swivels are available for hose/nozzle connections and also for hose/unit connections. These swivels allow for full vertical, horizontal and circular spray gun movement.

The 360° ball swivel prevents hose kinking and is operator friendly. The operator will experience resistance free mobility eliminating any stress concerns. Maximum working pressure is 150 psig and maximum working temperature is 200°F.

Optional combinations are available upon request.
