Hot & Cold Water Mixing Stations
Manual blender hose stations with proportional flow control valves. Available in Bronze and 316 Stainless Steel. Max 125 psi.
Stainless Steel Constructed Stations
Full 316 stainless steel construction for the most demanding sanitary environments. Same reliable HCMX design, all-SS wetted parts.
Steam & Cold Water Mixing Stations
Instant hot water on demand using live steam. Unique diaphragm safety technology — NO WATER, NO STEAM. Max 200 psig.
Thermostatic Mixing Stations
Thermostatically controlled constant-temperature delivery. Maintains ±3°F over 80–160°F range. Self-adjusts for pressure and temperature variations.
Spray Guns & Nozzles
Heavy-duty spray nozzles and lances rated to 200–350 psi. Adjustable from fine spray to solid jet. Fail-safe auto shut-off on lever release.
Hose & Accessories
High-pressure hot water hose in 3/4" and 5/8" ID. Red, white, and yellow covers. Hose racks, swivel adapters, and spray lances.
Safety Comes First — NO WATER, NO STEAM
Our Steam/Water Washdown Stations employ a unique valve and diaphragm technology. Steam is automatically blocked from discharging using a specially engineered diaphragm device that uses steam supply pressure to positively close the steam inlet valve. The station does not rely on temperature sensors or electrical devices — if cold water is restricted at any time, steam is automatically shut off.
