McCrometer's innovative V-Cone flowmeter is a patented technology designed for high performance in harshenvironments and restrictive spaces. This groundbreaking flowmeter measures the widest range of fluids, including wet gas, condensate, and dirty or abrasive flows, under the most challenging conditions.

The key to its enhanced performance lies in the shape and position of the cone in combination with the locations of the measurement ports. This allows the V-Cone to act as its own flow conditioner and mixer, fully conditioning and mixing the flow prior to measurement.

This advanced differential pressure-type (DP) flowmeter provides outstanding performance without the straight pipe runs of other flowmeters. It has an accuracy of up to +/-0.5% of reading, +/-0.1% repeatability, and flow range of 10:1 or greater, along with installation flexibility and low to no maintenance. It's ideal for retrofits and limited-space applications.

The V-Cone can be sized for line diameters of 1/2-inch to over 120-inches. It also comes in two standard configurations: a precision flow tube or insertion weld-on saddle meter. A variety of construction materials is also available. Additionally, the V-Cone has high pressure, temperature, and corrosion resistant capability and is excellent for multi-phase flows.
